Payment Terms

Booking Deposit: 50% securing deposit on booking.

Balance of payment: Balance is required on or before arrival.
A ZAR5000 (or US$, Euro GBP equivalent) refundable breakages deposit is required in cash on arrival.

Cancellation policy:

As a cancellation of a booking may result in a relatively large loss for us, guests are respectfully requested to note that it is regrettably necessary to charge the full fee for non-arrival or cancellation. Depending upon the lateness of the cancellation, replacement bookings may be found to minimise the cancellation costs to guests. In the event of a booking being found for the relevant period, the full deposit or booking amount will be refunded to the extent that has been recovered.
