Welcome to Andanté-Rallentando!

Andanté-Rallentando offers comfortable accommodation complimented with some special activities that aim at promoting South Africa’s best virtues. What's more, Andanté-Rallentando is an excellent option for a family or small group traveling together. We do however also provide the perfect retreat for those who prefer to travel alone.

Andanté-Rallentando can accommodate a maximum of two guests per room, with 2 lagoon facing rooms and 2 standard rooms. Rooms can be rented as single units, alternatively the entire floor can be rented to “house” the whole family or group.

Breakfast is included as part of all packages. Dining at Andanté - Rallentando is an optional extra, but well worth investigating as this is said to be our pride and joy. Self-catering is also an option.

Andanté-Rallentando is a 5 minute walk to the main shopping mall and market square, and a 10 minute drive from the nearest beach. Surrounding restaurants, golf courses and day spa’s are all well rated. Booking in advance is recommended to prevent disappointment (see our activities below for more information).

Regarding the area, Knysna is a 45 minute drive from George airport, from where most major South African cities are at most a hour’s flight away. Knysna promises to keep all ages entertained and boasts a variety of activities that include anything from bungee jumping to bird watching.
