DESCRIPTION
Appealing to both the leisure and corporate traveler, this stylish guest house has 11 spacious, well-appointed en-suite rooms, that have been individually decorated in a minimalist modern African style and offer the luxury and attention to detail .
The bedrooms offer all the modern conveniences expected of a superior establishment i.e. air-conditioning and/or overhead fans, quality linens, plush guest robes, electronic safes, hairdryers, WIFI connectivity, underfloor heating and satellite TV channels and have been designed with our guests’ absolute comfort in mind.

Whilst six of the rooms are in the main house, the remaining five are situated in the business retreat. To cater for our long stay families and corporate, the rooms in the business retreat offer mini kitchenettes.

The guest house will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the property or possessions of any guests, resident or visitor, whether such damages were caused by theft or otherwise, or by the negligence or the wrongful act of anyone in the employment or, or acting on behalf of the owner of the guest house. Any personal injuries of what so ever nature, sustained by a guest, resident or visitor, whether such injuries were sustained by the negligence or wrongful act of anyone employed by the owner the guest house. Any person who signs this registration card and is accompanied or visited later by any other person, indemnify the owner against any responsibility towards any persons in the instances explained above. Not with standing the charge instructions which may be directed at any legal entity for the method of payment, I undertake full liability in respect of settlement of any debt incurred during my stay jointly and severally with any reflected legal entity.

  Payment Terms  
Booking Deposit: 50% for deposit required for confirmation of a reservation.
Balance of payment: Balance is settled on arrival day.
Cancellation policy:
•A 50% non-refundable deposit of the cost of the entire stay is required to confirm a booking.
•Upon receipt of proof of payment, you will receive a written confirmation of your booking from Cape Flame Guest House.
•Full payment of the booking fee is payable either before on on arrival.
•All Extras are to be settled on departure.

The following cancellation fees apply on full booking fees if there is a cancellation or a no show:
•If the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to your arrival, a 50% cancellation fee is applicable based on the outstanding 50% balance
•If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your arrival, a 100% cancellation fee is applicable
