Flying Falcon Guest House conditions of use
Smoking Policy In the interest of comfort and the safety for all our guests we have a strict non-smoking policy indoors. All indoor areas are fitted with smoke detectors. Non compliance or tampering with smoke detectors will result in a non refundable R 2000.00 fine per incident. To remember: For guests who join us for longer stays, linen will be changed every 3 days. Bath towels provided will be changed daily. All units will be cleaned on a daily bases. Bath towels are prohibited from being used around the swimming pool. Flying Falcon Guest House will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of valuables in the rooms/common area Rooms: Safes: When guests depart the safe will be opened and if any items are left in the safe Flying Falcon will not be held responsible for the items. Should you request items to be sent to you, you will be liable for the freighting costs. Remotes: Damages or loss of the TV and Air-conditioner remotes will result in a R2000 replacem

Balance of payment: The accommodation balance and all extras charged during the stay must be settled on the guest’s departure from the guest house
Cancellation policy:
30 days prior to arrival a 15% cancellation fee will be levied.
21 days prior to arrival a 25% cancellation fee will be levied.
14 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee will be levied.
7 days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fee will be levied.
