· All accommodation is full paid prior to arrival (No exceptions)
Balance of payment: · Booking more than 4 months away - 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and the 75% balance is due 2 months before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
· If booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
· If booking is cancelled from 14 days to 30 days of arrival date, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
· If booking is cancelled 30+ days to arrival, forfeit 25% of deposit.
