| We were so excited when we discovered Nice-By-Nature and Charl was great at reassuring us that their guest house would be the best place to host our guests for our wedding. Unfortunately it was all talk - there were promises made that were not kept, costs changed, the shuttle did not arrive and our guests missed their flight. (We were told by the staff that the shuttle driver was sleeping) and then after the wedding when we got together with friends and family it became evident that they were charged for certain things we wanted to pay for - when we asked for a recon of the account and copies of the invoi es we were told that it is a cash bar so no record is kept and the invoices given to the guests had already been sent to recycling (3 days after the wedding) I msut say the whole experience has left a bad tasste in our mouth and we cannot recommend the guest house. |

| Thank you for your warm and welcoming hospitality extended to us during our recent visit to your beautiful B&B. What fabulous hosts you are! Your B&B completely blew me away! The tasteful décor, gorgeous gardens and fabulous accommodation all coupled with the awesome peace and quiet we experienced was a wonderful revelation.
I look forward to visiting you again soon. |
