Bookings during a "normal" weekend must be for a minimum of 2 nights or al evenings during a "long" weekend. Bookings will only be finalized once a 50% deposit is received.

TOMMY'S KAYA: 1 Roomed, self catering renovated laborers cottage. The whole cottage consists of one room, 4 x 4 meters, with everything you need. Double bed, shower, kitchen, fireplace, outside braai (barbeque) facility. R200.00 per night for the Cottage.

HORSERIDING:

Hourly rides and Wine tasting on horseback for experienced or Novice adult Riders (Beginners)

Ride in the most scenic area of the Cape on purebred Arabian Horses with guide Pieter Hugo, Springbok Endurance Rider

HOURLY RIDES: 8:00 - 9:00 OR 18:00 - 19:00
(R200.00 per person per hour)
The hourly rides are a scenic ride through vineyards, forestry and orchards.

WINE TASTING ON HORSE BACK: 9:00 - 13:30 or 13:30 - 18:00
(R500.00 per person)

Wine tasting on horseback entails the following:
- 1h15min ride through forestry and vineyards to the firs wine

- 45minutes wine tasting at Rickety Bridge (included in price)

- 30min horse ride through vineyards and horse farm to Mont
Rochelle Winery. http://www.montrochelle.co.za/

- 45min wine tasting at Mont Rochelle Winery (included in price)

- 45min horse ride through various farms to Paradise stables.

- Duration of trip is 4 hours. Total horse riding time:
2hours 30 min. Total wine tasting time 1 hour 30 min.

- A total of 10 farms will be crossed during the entire ride.


Sorry, we don't take children. Only experienced children 12 years of age and older and they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Minimum of 2 riders per group. Maximum of 7 riders per group of which 2 must be experienced riders.

We only use Arabian horses (which are relative small horses), therefore we can’t accommodate riders heavier than 100kg.

Rides take place every day except for Sundays and Christian Holidays
