The two or three bedroom log cabins have been superbly crafted, each one has a wide balcony, which is well shaded, a health sized entertainment area, a semi fitted kitchen, TV and radio. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and every cabin comes equipped with a weber and a gas braai/barbecue.
Phantom View River Resort also has a wonderful conference venue that can seat up to 50 delegates, with self catering available or off site caterers who can supply breakfast, lunch and supper.

Guests of Phantom View River Resort can enjoy watching the birds from their balcony, the wild birds include kingfishers, spoonbills, egrets, cormorants and for those who are patient enough there are two resident fish eagles which nest on the ridge above the log cabins.
For those who wish to get on the water or do a bit of fishing, Phantom View River Resort is the place to be. There are canoes, fishing boats and house boats available for day rentals, guests are more than welcome to bring their own kayaks, canoes or small boats and launch from the Lightleys Holiday Houseboats jetty.
The town of Knysna is only 5km down the road and makes for a great day trip, dinne at one of the many marvelous restaurants on the waters edge, visit the famous Knysna yacht club, or try and catch a glimpse of the illusive Knysna elephants in the Knysna forrest. If its a beach your looking for head down to Brenton on Sea or Buffeslbay and try your hand at surfing.
