Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Sea Otters Lodge does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of products in the Property.

  Payment Terms  
Booking Deposit: 50% non refundable deposit payment secures your booking unless otherwise noted.
Should your booking be 15 days or less before the date of initial arrival the full accommodation booking value ( 100% ) is payable as a non refundable deposit payment to secure the booking.
Balance of payment: Balance of accommodation booking payable on arrival.
Right of admission reserved.
Rates subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation policy:
Should you cancel the booking or you do not arrive or you do not complete your stay, the following cancellation policy will be instituted.
Should a guest cancel his /her/their confirmed / secured booking 16 days + before the initial arrival date the guest shall be liable for payment of 50 % for the stay that was booked.
Should a guest cancel his /her/their confirmed / secured booking 0 - 15 days before the initial arrival date the guest shall be liable for payment of 100 % for the stay that was booked, this includes a no-show.
Not completing stay of reservation
In the event of a premature departure the guest will be liable for the full stay of the original booking made.
