Payment Terms
Booking Deposit:
A 50% payment must be received to secure your booking. If not received, reservation will be canceled without prior notice.
Balance of payment:
Balance of payment to be paid on arrival.
Cancellation policy:
From 90-60 days prior to arrival guest forfeit 25% of the deposit.
From 59-30 days prior to arrival guest forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation will not be accepted 30 days prior to arrival, the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged as stated on your accommodation confirmation contract.
In the event of a premature departure or a later arrival the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
Refunds of deposits/payments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room/s or dorms.
When a group booking is made, the person responsible for the booking is liable for the full contract irrespective of the number of people who arrive to fill the rooms or beds.
