The 150 year old farmhouse has been divided into 5 self catering units all with their own individual character.

Unit 1: Large double bedroom, lounge area with 3/4 sleeper couch, fireplace, full equipped kitchenette, ensuite bathroom with double shower, private stoep with dining area and weber braai. Sleeps max 4.
Unit 2: 35 sq metre room with open plan areas offering: double and single bed, lounge area with double sleeper couch, equipped kitchenette, ensuite shower room, patio with braai facilities. Sleeps max 5.
Unit 3: same as unit 3 with ensuite bathroom and shower over bath. Sleeps max 3 as no sleeper couch.
Unit 4: 35 sq metre room with open plan areas offering: twin beds plus another single bed, lounge area with double sleeper couch, equipped kitchenette area, ensuite bathroom with shower, outdoor sitting area with braai. Sleeps max 5.
2 roomed unit: Pretty double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower plus Spacious 42 sq metre open plan kitchen/lounge.

Guests can choose from renting either part or all of the 160 year old farmhouse or The pool house.
This is a 3/4 bedroomed home offering 3 bedrooms, indoor braai room/4th bedroom, large open plan lounge/dining room, big fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets and lovely stoep with dining and braai areas and amazing view overlooking the huge communal swimming pool.
For group bookings of up to 35 people, the entire property can be rented out with prices stating from R100 per person!
5 kms from the unspoilt beaches of Elands Bay with its famous left break waves for surfing and kite surfing enthusiasts. Our neighbours who own an eco tourism farm have many on site facilities through an interleading gate including a bar, restaurant (open friday night, saturday all day and sunday breakfast and lunch out of season and 6 days a week in season) and rentals of canoes and quad bikes. Horse riding is also available.

Still waters has become a very popular location for groups who wish to be surrounded by nature but who also have many facilities at their fingertips.
The farmhouse is able to accommodate up to 20 guests within its 5 self catering units and the pool house can sleep a further 16 people. The spacious gardens and grounds extend for over a hectare giving plenty of space for people to enjoy and the views are spectacular across the fields and Velorenvlei lagoon.We are surrounded on all sides by the magnificent Ramsar recognised Veloenvlei bird and nature reserveand can offer our guests facilities including: A huge outdoor swimming pool, servitude to the vlei edge, within a few minutes walk the following: A fully licensed bar, restaurant in an historic 300 year old barn, outdoor restaurant with childs play area, hire oqf kayaks, quad bikes and horse riding and a bird hide with viewing deck on the river.
