March 29, 2017

One to enjoy with the kids, this biblical tale of Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat is the musical Andrew Lloyd Webber production brought to you by Pieter Toerien.

The tale is cheeky, hilarious and exuberant, the songs are catchy and heartfelt and you will find yourself busting out in show tunes unexpectedly for the next several days. This show has entertained and amazed theatregoers since the 70s, and features award-winning musical pieces like ‘Any Dream Will Do’ and ‘Close Every Door’.

The show has re-opened its doors due to unprecedented and massive local demand and features the stellar cast of Earl Gregory as Joseph, Nádine as the narrator and both Jonathan Roxmouth and Anton Luitingh playing the Pharaoh.

Be prepared to be amazed, this is a vibrant and cross-cultural take on this story, brilliantly executed and just a wild ride from beginning to end. After the show, head across the Camps Bay Strip for a leisurely cocktail or some hot chocolate, to discuss your favourite bits.
