Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa is the first major museum in Africa dedicated to contemporary art and they collect, preserve, research and exhibit cutting edge contemporary art from Africa and the Diaspora.
Zeitz MOCAA Food, situated on level 6 of the Zeitz MOCAA offers a stunning array of locally sourced and delicious items.
Staple items like freshly baked scones served with jam and cream, a cheeseboard and a cake of the day. They also feature their signature black ice cream flavoured with vanilla and rosewater.
The bistro area is bustling with smoked trout latke garnished with potato rosti and crème fraiche; a gourmet roll filled with fava beans, mint and ricotta, chicken Caesar salad and deluxe sandwiches. There’s something for everyone, and all of it is great!
