Save the date - summertime fun - GoldFish Submerged Sundays - Opening Party - Part 2

October 10, 2018

Shimmy Beach Club in Granger Bay is at the intersection point between languid summer relaxation and high-end party excitement. Bringing together the best of dance entertainment and luxury beach environments.

With a cocktail list to die for and a line-up that rivals venues in Ibiza, this is certainly a spot that needs to go on your “must visit” list.

Submerged Sundays has been an ongoing event, in it’s seventh season, featuring our local (internationally acclaimed) dance act, Goldfish. Back from a world tour they are back to rock their favourite stomping grounds in Cape Town.

Amazing music, brilliant cocktails and plenty of delectable food items, this is a recipe for an amazing afternoon/evening out!

All hallows eve shenanigans - Zombie Walk Cape Town - Part 2

October 03, 2018

It’s time to dust your face grey, apply liberal amounts of fake blood and hit the streets with friends, family (and even pets) for the terrifying-to-behold meandering, shuffling mayhem that is the Cape Town Zombie Walk.

The organisers help raise funds for local charities like the Lucky Lucy Foundation for abused and neglected animals, so you know that your contributions are going to a good place.

“Zombie Walk has a 100% safety record with no real blood ever spilled.” :-)

This is a great way to discover Cape Town, meet some fascinating and dedicated costume lovers and raise some money for well-deserving causes.
