Accommodation Hunters villa management has been refined over almost a decade of trading in various forms, and we have a superb team headed by Gary Hughes and a well established house keeping team. Villa Management is split into component parts, each essential to the smooth running of your villa.
Management covers the following essentials
Maintenance checks are done on a weekly basis as to keep the villas in pristine condition.
Maintenance schedules are drawn up and we aim to run them during the low season as there will more time to do intense maintenance. Whether it be major plumbing or electrical issues or even major renovations, these can be managed by Accommodation Hunter at the owners request.
Our housekeeping team have been specifically handpicked and all have past hotel experience. Housekeeping is managed on a day to day basis and checklists are in place to ensure the cleanliness of the villa.
Cleaning services is provided daily Monday to Friday at our managed properties.
They are also trained to be sensitive to the guests needs and inform the manager of the guests requirements.
Housekeeping is the department that deals essentially with cleanliness and all ancillary services attached to that such as maintenance and any other special requirements guests may have. We have an Operations Manager who checks all the arrivals on a daily basis.
We have our own dedicated maintenance team who are responsible for all day to day maintenance and repairs. Any larger maintenance issues are brought to the attention of owners for their approval Guest’s consumables are provided complimentary on arrival.
Over the last few years we have identified and narrowed down a handful of contractors who are able to work professionally and efficiently in our industry. Due to the turnover of guests and guests satisfaction, it is important to have a dedicated team of contractors who understand the importance of fixing problems as soon as they arise
