| had dinner on valentines day. was told that I could not use the coupon yet there are no terms and conditions on the coupon.WHY IS THIS ?? We did not have a special or a promotional meal this
was by far the worst experience at your branch . I have come to you for the past 5 years at least once a year to enjoy the duck however after 45 min wait for our food it was served cold was told it would take 15-20 mins to warm. the duck was extremely fatty and tough . at this stage I cant grade The worst part I have been raving about this meal and you restuarant for the past 10 months only to be disappointed |

| Had dinner there the other night and both myself and my sister had a great time. I had no idea that Wang Thai is sponsored/endorsed by the Royal house of Thailand. LOVED the chicken cashew...YUMMY!!!!!! |
